- Discontinuation of Our Print Catalog -
We have recently experienced
an unusually high volume of orders.
During this time period we sold out of several
stock items and added several new stock items.
We were able to keep our On-Line Catalog up to date
(sometimes updating it hourly!), but found that our Print Catalog
was often out of date within a few days of mailing it, even when we
included in it our latest stock and price list. This resulted in Back
Orders that we don't normally have and which our customers do
not appreciate!
We have decided, as a matter of company policy, to
discontinue our Print Catalog, after nearly 20 years of business,
and to put all our efforts into maintaining an excellent On-Line Catalog.
We know we're being swept along by modern events. We've
decided to "go with the flow" and see where it leads. Suddenly
we are no longer a "catalog company testing the waters of the internet".
We've become a full fledged "E-marketing, Dot.com company."
We apologize if this decision causes any inconvenience.
We have witnessed most of our loyal catalog customers moving
onto the internet along with us and this trend has encouraged us to
make the final break from the Print Catalog to the On-line Catalog.
We promise to maintain our dedication to our
customer service and to "getting it right".
